I had almost forgotten to post this.

Length: 47cm Weight: 2.88Kg

18 Months Since then...
Height: 82cm Weight: 10.3Kg

Well, she's tall, but slightly under in the weight department (Although my arm/shoulder is starting to disagree on that). This chart may also not be suited for Asians, but it is still an indicator.
